The Walden Board of Directors is making plans for Halloween, which will be on a Monday this year.
In order to keep traffic flowing and make access to your home as smooth as possible we need your help.
We ask that on Halloween night that you please not park any cars in the street and that you do not use a trailer to haul your kids around to trick or treat.
We will be hiring two police officers to help with traffic flow as we have done in the past few years.
Their experience has taught us that the cars with trailers cause the biggest issue with traffic flow.
They could not turn corners due to the sheer number of cars in the streets.
This is why we are asking that you please not use a trailer.
Anyone using a trailer from outside the neighborhood will be asked to leave by our police officers.
We also want to remind you that it is illegal to park within 30 feet of a stop sign or a fire hydrant.
Our officers will be enforcing this to again aid in traffic flow.
It has been our experience that our biggest issues occur with the streets in the front part of the neighborhood that run off of Walden Trail.
Those of you who live off of Horseshoe Circle may want to plan on using the back entrance from McCurry Road for easier access.
No Parking signs will be used to help keep people from parking on both sides of the street on Walden Trail near the front entrance.
If you have had traffic or parking issues in other parts of the neighborhood, please let us know by emailing the office at email@example.com.
We will do what we can to help you with the situation.
