Three Walden Streets to be Repaved
By the end of May, three streets in Walden will have new pavement thanks to the Henry County Department of Transportation (HCDOT). The three streets to be paved are Overlook Heights, Horseshoe Circle, and Walden Trail in that order. All street paving will begin at the end of each street and will work to the beginning of each street. According to Tony O'Neal,Paving Director for HCDOT, the paving should begin toward the end of May and will take one and a half to two weeks to complete. The reason only three streets are being paved is lack of county funds to pave the entire neighborhood. The county deemed these three streets the ones in Walden that needed paving the most. All Pool Keys to be reregistered
The Board of Directors mandated at the March board meeting that all pool keys need to be reregistered. This has been undertaken due to the fact that there are many pool keys that have been taken when residents have moved or renters have moved and some keys that are unaccounted for. Your pool key will not be turned on for this swim season until your form has been returned. You can download your document now by clicking this link Pool Key Registration Form. You may also email or call the office and we will make arrangements to get that to you. Thanks for your help and patience through this process.

The 2012 annual assessment, which is $465, is due now. If you pay after April 30, interest and fee penalties will be assessed. Please make your checks out to the Walden Homeowners Association and drop in the black drop box next to the side entrance to the clubhouse. Email or call the office with questions.
